Good pay, friendly coworkers, good work/life balance. Join iherb if you want a good work/life balance.

Cons

No vision from leadership about how to incorporate data science into meaningful products. Leadership had very limited understanding of data science in general and demonstrated no willingness to learn. Do not join iherb if you are a data scientist that wants to actually build products or deliver meaningful impact.

Pros

The job itself is very easy. The people are very nice, workers and management included. You don’t get tired like other warehouse jobs! The building is very clean as well. The all around atmosphere is amazing!

Cons

There’s not many downsides to this job other than having to be a temp first but it works out if you’re a good worker and show up. You’ll easily get hired on.
