Pros

Work involves modern tech stack.

Cons

Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.

Good Benefits and Opportunities, but Too Much Management and Unclear Performance Metrics

Pros

Competitive benefits package. Opportunities to work on varied projects. Exposure to global teams and diverse challenges.

Cons

Organization is very management heavy. Lack of transparent benchmarks and performance feedback. Frequently bounced between different teams, making it hard to build strong relationships. Regularly managed offshore resources, which sometimes made communication and collaboration challenging. Not much salary hike, poor planning.
