Pros

Amazing technology, great culture and some ground breaking ideas about how to run a company. This is a real software company where everyone is expected to do their part, work as a team and the results are amazing

Cons

People like to complain about the job not being "easy" but since when is "easy" a goal? iML has a goal to hire the best, weed out the people who don't care quickly (hence the reviews here on Glassdoor) and then leave behind a great culture

Pros

I really enjoy working here! The environment is great with wonderful people to work with. This is an absolute TEAMWORK kind of job. I can't wait to see where mine other colleagues futures lead from here! iMagicLab is always growing and has many different opportunities for anyone to grow and management has definitely changed here with great results in my opinion. I was looking for a career change and this place definitely delivered!

Cons

Being new here, I don't really have anything to say. I believe that as long as you are determined and always ready and on your toes to learn, you'll do great here!
