Pros
Keith Latman is hands down a entrepreneur. He has a positive mindset when it comes to leading iMagicLab and knows exactly how to do it. I worked for IML 3 years ago and left to start my own business. Here I am, just returned to IML because of the exciting products they are putting out and the team i am working with. Employees here are dedicated, hard working and not a typical 9-5 staff.
Cons
i would change the location of the office if it was up to me. too far for my commute
