Flexibility is just a word used by Keith to say he has no structure. There isn't a 3-day plan, much less a 3-month, 1-year, or 3-year plan. Latman's excuse? "We have to stay nimble! The United States has filed case # 8:2017cv01492 for IRS Tax Recovery in June of 2017. I personally saw 30+ employees terminated in months, so don't believe his responses to low turnover (it's a joke). His 50th Birthday party was only attended by his management team, because he doesn't have friends. He got out of a 5-years building lease by just not paying, closed shop and fired everybody. Look him up with Microworks, where he should have gone to jail. These aren't my words, they are public information anyone can look up. He has the uncanny ability to look you in the eye and tell you a bold-faced lie. Stay away unless you are desperate for a temporary job. You're hard work will get you nowhere and your creativity will be called stupid, because it wasn't Keith's idea.
