Pros

If you want a dynamic environment with a stellar product, you'll love iMagicLab. If having a passion to deliver a better performance and a better product is innate to your personality, you'll love iMagicLab. If being in a nimble environment where change for the sake of achieving excellence pleases you, you'll love iMagicLab. If having an HR staff that is always seeking the best balance of PTO days, the most relevant health insurance options, and ever-increasing benefits [recently added a 401(k)], you'll love iMagicLab. If having a generous CEO who hosts fun employee events at different venues including his own home, provides generous end-of-year gifts, and supports monthly birthday celebrations, you'll love iMagicLab. If being afforded the opportunity to embrace different functions/responsibilities which allow you to stretch your wings, expand your skill sets, and push yourself to be all that you can be, you'll love iMagicLab. If you want a staid, static environment, are satisfied with the status quo, and prefer not to be part of a team that passionately works to provides its clients innovative and forward-thinking services and products, you'll like someplace else. Note: My comments are based on a historical perspective of my employment at iMagicLab during the past 6 years.

Cons

Not many cons; however, if you don't fit the profile described in the "Pros" of this review, then your cons are understandable. With greatest respect, what is not understandable is why people who don't fit the profile would subject themselves to daily life at the entrepreneurial organization which is iMagicLab.

Pros

Product is respected in the industry, you can try different positions after you've been there awhile.

Cons

Ever-changing vacation plan, health insurance has been shut off twice in 6 months, CEO/owner spent thousands of dollars on Playboy models for side-project and company has had to have layoffs, CEO makes inappropriate remarks toward women and minorities.
