People who really care about what they do and the customer A good culture - relaxed but focused Diversity in backgrounds and skill sets Willing to invest in growth and take educated risks Leadership position in market and growing fast Promotes from within Willingness to invest in employee development Rewards, Parties Great benefits

Cons

Growing fast has its pros and cons - nothing severe Communication across offices - sometimes out of sight is out of mind Travel can be rough To much focus on getting awards for the exec team rubs staff wrong More research before development - getting the end user involved and involve in POC testing.
