Can be very fun. Opportunities to make more money.

Cons

Strange work environment. If things start going bad (money wise) the owner will start to freak out, and treat everyone very poorly. I would highly consider working here.

- CEO will buy you lunch often - Start up culture which will expose you to alot of different moving parts of a business - CEO is brilliant but demanding - Great co-workers

Cons

- CEO is a micro manager and will mislead you often - Unethical conduct and a general lack of integrity is constant - Poor job stability - You can go from salary to full commission on a whim with zero warning - Some of the sales team members are ruthless and arrogant - Hard to maintain work/life balance

Thank you for your feedback. Thank you for your remarks regarding the CEO-he is driven and demands this from his staff. Being a startup we do need to keep close tabs on everyone and their actions. We do this to provide the best service to our clients. All of our positions are salary/hourly with the exception of sales people who work on a commission basis. For starters, the company has been around for 6 years and still runs like a start-up that's been around for 6 months. The CEO, Michael Obeso is the main reason this company is going to fail. He will belittle you and during a meeting, he will take a call from "his friend" about when he should be receiving his new Ferrari. Also, the company lies about perks and benefits. Job description will say that you will receive a bunch of benefits, but when you start they say that they don't offer it. (I will not give specific details to this as if I do, it will unveil who I am to the company.
