NONE. The people you work with are nice, but driven away quickly because of poor leadership.

Cons

The company is completely corrupt. The nature of a start up has nothing to do with bullying your employees. They will hire you for one job, but expect you to take care of the CEOs personal life. Michael Obeso is everything that is wrong with this company. He will belittle you into hating your job, then question why there is such a high rate employee turn over. The positive reviews are put on here by the CEO himself, or one his family members he has hired because no one else will put up with his crap. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The energy here is absolutely incredible. We are growing fast and need more reinforcements!! Everyone in the office gets along great and we are an awesome team. There is room to grow for anyone who works hard and who puts in the time and energy to learn as much as possible! Prove yourself to this man and he is a friend for life.

Cons

The commute is kind of a pain, but we're moving offices soon! The owner is very passionate about this business and some people confuse his passion for something else. Do your job to the best of your ability and ask questions if you need to and you're good as gold.

Commute is not that great as I have to travel across the bridge from KY
