Pros

Since starting with iQ media in 2013, I've had the opportunity of growing into three new roles. Earning my way from Sales into managing an amazing Lead Generation team and now participating in a Sales Engineer capacity. Direction from leadership is based on achieving objectives without the concern of "micromanagement", but rather provided with trust. The company has a true entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

I wish I had more time to play the game systems in the office. My skills are waning. How can I compete?
