Pros
Lots of opportunity for advancement, hard work is recognized, lots of perks, lots of overtime offered. Great benefits, great managers, great team mates. You have to be a team player :) Holiday parties, paid time off during pandemic when work was slow, truly prioritized maintaining employees employment during an economic crisis. If you work hard, you will move up very quickly
Cons
Productivity is a concern for many who don’t like a productivity based evaluation of work. The job is very much revolved around metrics of quality and productivity. Not a good fit for some people. Sometimes getting time approved off is a challenge, but usually if you give 30+ days notice, it isn’t a problem for PTO.
