      - The device is innovative - The environment overall is not really stressful - Catered lunches Monday and Wednesday, Brunch Friday - Free Snacks - Exercise classes - Massages

      Cons

      - Lack of organization and structure - Lack of transparency - Lack of communication, when asking for something that's needed, no one has time to help or assist you - Very inner circle, "cliquish" atmosphere/culture - The team I was apart of was not very cohesive and it felt as if everyone did their own job scope and not collaborating with each other, also there was a period of months where there was no weekly or bi-weekly meetings with updates on projects - When questioning how certain data or metrics were trended was meet with hostility - I personally think the benefits package could be better, yet the company still seems to be evolving
