      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time at iRhythm. I feel that there are some truly amazing individuals that work for this company. The promotional opportunities are growing every day and the Managers are always willing to listen/talk and take action on anything that is concerning. The company continues to provide nice little perks like catered meals, snacks, picnics and fun, moral building activities for the entire Company. This is a great company to work for and I would recommend it to anyone!

      Since there has been such massive growth over the past few years, things are still changing rapidly and sometimes that gets a little chaotic, but with the Management team being open and accepting of questions and feedback, it helps relieve that stress.

      Pros

      Technology is very cool and cutting edge (at the moment). R&D trying to keep up with the rest of the space. Stock is doing well. My manager is great, but most are awful.

      Cons

      It's a horrible company culture and I don't know how it could be fixed. The company is plagued with weird political tension and nepotism. You'll never be a sales director here unless you are a white male from the surgical business. (Only one female out of like 18 RSDs) Quotas are absolutely ridiculous. Morale is low in most divisions and many people are leaving - but being swiftly replaced without skipping a beat. CEO is clueless.
