It’s all about numbers to them even when they drill in your head it’s about the patient! They also force Overtime A lot! If there’s not enough volunteers for OT Because they want to meet company goals for their investors

Remote Work Isn’t Worth the Burnout

You can work remotely, which is convenient if you're looking to avoid a commute.

Cons

Mandatory overtime is a regular expectation, not an exception. Technicians are required to work on holidays—even when the rest of the company is closed. There is no respect for work-life balance. Upper management seems focused on profits and their own bonuses while ignoring the well-being and fair compensation of the technicians. No yearly raises or recognition for the people doing the day-to-day critical work.
