Pros

I personally had a great team manager, lead and team in general. The pay and first few months were great.

Cons

Pay wasn't reflected when expectations were raised, especially towards the end of the year, which had mandatory overtime to meet goals. People would grade your scans and they all seemed to have different interpretations.

Great Co-workers and rewarding work helping patients

Cons

Room for advancement seems to be shrinking. Restructuring continuously happening which gives the appearance of promotional roles disappearing and more work falling into "new" roles which are essentially not new at all and just roles merging. Climbing up the ranks that are available are not even worth it as there are not bonus incentives for all roles. Oddly enough the non-promotional roles are the roles you will make the most in when you consider the little pay increase given for the promotion and the fact that you no longer will qualify for incentives. Being a top performer normally would mean climbing to the top but when you can make more scanning why would you!

Cons

Clique like environment, favoritism with leads and employees, negative vibes with races going against each other Asian vs Hispanic. Very fast paced on the line if you are not fast enough they will get very upset and everyone will be against you
