-Work life balance awesome - Great pay - Get to work on different project’s instead of just taking inbound calls all day.

Cons

I found out the call center is no longer hiring in the US. They’re outsourcing to Jamaica and the Philippines. They told everyone not to worry about their jobs. I did some be research on the current CEO and see he worked for Dexcom from 2017-2021. I saw a former employee from there stating that the call center was laid off due to outsourcing to Mexico and Philippines. Yikes!!! It just makes you wonder if you can trust these people and he said “there will be alot of changes so get use to it” something along those lines. Lol
