      Pros

      Company has above average pay for the job role, ability to work remote, and they truly care about their employees. I never experienced micro-management

      Cons

      This is essentially a call center position so a bulk, if not all, of your duties will be answering in bound calls. Other projects are not assigned until seniority is established usually after a year.

      Great Company to Work for

      Pros

      Every one is very friendly and works as a team. Respect is paramount because we all come from similar backgrounds. The leadership in the company is very professional and does not micromanage. Management will keep you on track if you start to falter and will make sure you get the help you need if learning the system is too hard. The benefits are outstanding and employees are rewarded for hard work frequently.

      Cons

      Pay is okay but was expecting more. Scheduling is tough on schedule changes. PTO is given plenty but can barely find a day that works for the company.
