Work ebbs and flows. During slow times I wasn't feeling challenged

Great Culture

Pros

Get to work with a lot of smart people, social events in the office during some lunch hours, everyone's really friendly

Cons

During some of the social events veteran office members are a bit cliquey. Had certain ebbs and flows of workload.

We are extremely grateful to all our employees, and try to show it by regularly hosting fun in office and out of office events where coworkers can kick back and get to know each other. Like any business, there are times where projects are slower and when they are faster paced, but we make a genuine effort to keep employees engaged and working on projects they are interested in. Great consultancy company to work with

Pros

The management team really takes care of individuals. The team makes effort to make everyone feel at ease. Transparent in communication, there are opportunities to be made use.

Cons

Consultancy/Contracting means sometimes no job security. Nothing new to consultancy companies.
