      Relaxed culture, Good benefits, Good coworkers

      Cons

      Due to the fact that it's a consulting company. It's profit comes from the difference between what the client pays for the staff and the staff's salary. As a result, the pay is not great, below the market rate and definitely below the 1st tier company rate. If you are someone who has high self-esteem and consider contractors are second-class citizens, this is not the job for you. Even if you do a great job, there is no bonus for you. Your contribution is not appreciated in monetary terms. There is no room for talents to grow. Your seniority is based on how long you've worked and not based on abilities. As a result, there is a lot people who have many years of experience but not necessarily capable.

      Good salary, benefits, strong HR.

      Cons

      Too much turnover in sales team. Very little communications after starting a customer site. The Non-Compete agreement was too stringent.
