Pros

Many opportunities to learn to build up your career path, as long as you willing to learn. Friendly working environment. Benefit here is not the best but at least a company trip every year for team building. Company care for your health and pay for you to gym at fitness center in Top Glove tower. Before pandemic, company will organize a sport event (badminton or futsal) every week. Hey, there's a gaming room for you to chill when you are stress. Working hour is flexible so you can choose your working start time to avoid the traffic. Work life balance also seems to be ok for the most part. Also you can WFH at least 2 days a week during this pandemic period.

Cons

Office location is little bit far from KL, and the traffic is horrible especially on Friday if you want to travel to KL after work. Company policy is not firm. Indoor parking is limited and usually you will need to park at the highest level of parking when you come in late.
