      Pros

      The salary is competitive, very flexible working hours, free snacks, and outdoor activities once or twice a week (soccer, or badminton).

      Cons

      Sometimes need to come on the weekend, but can accumulate work hours to replace equal leave.

      lot of politics around the office and pay is way low of the market average.
