Pros
iSoftStone is a very laid back work environment. It never feels like your manager is breathing down your neck or constantly hovering over your shoulder making sure you are getting stuff done. You can basically work at your own pace as long as you finish your work.
Cons
iSoftStone does not have a clear compensation plan. It seems like they will throw money at random people to get them in the door, but forget about their more long term employees in the process.
