With many years experience of in work in other companies, I've NEVER received any complaints from the past companies I've worked. This is the bad working experience. Receiving the warning letter just only 1 time unable to attend an online meeting due to having an emergency when working from home even if you have informed the superior after the issue. It affected my 10 years of CLEAN experience (NO warning letter report) recorded. You have to be in the office from 9 to 6 pm when you work here. Toxic management treated staff unfairly and don't be fooled if they say can work from home. They only will accept if you really work in your home. NO medical insurance. Inconsiderate management, Tyrant/Chinamen style. The management is too strict NO flexibility at all, they can track you if you're working at other places when using the clock in the timesheet. The manager never appreciates your initiative to hard work beyond working hours.
