Great compensation, excellent support, great benefits, no bench period, active marketing team. The leadership is compassionate and listens to our concerns. The management goes above and beyond to help us in immigration and staffing needs

Bad HR people were fired and that's a good thing.

Pros
This form is so supportive and encouraging towards its consultants. They take care of each and every necessary step required for the consultant. I'm a permanent employee of this company. They have offered me a lot more of benefits than the salary. They take initiation to suggest the consultant to file for the Green Card even if the consultant are not aware of that they are eligible. They offer good consultation sessions and motivation hours for the candidates who been new to their jobs.
Cons
Nothing much to elevate, and majorly this depends on the candidate's mindset on how good they understand and cooperate with their employer.
