      Gives chance to young talented employees, great support to upskill.

      Cons

      Hire new mid/high level management with high package but no Slab hike which is very disappointing. Hope management think through and look after senior employees who are working hard for the company from the beginning.

      Pros

      Real entrepreneurial feel about the firm. Everyone is passionate about doing social good through the education of children in mental health and well-being. There is a lovely culture in this firm.

      Cons

      No downsides. Its a company that is growing so everyone wears lots of hats, but thats half the fun.
