      It's recently acquired by iHealth USA

      Cons

      Management at IT department got changed recently, they do not have the capability to manage the company. Attrition rate is too high and the company is not at all bothering about it. Designations and Salaries aren't given according to the experience. Managers are too worst they are just like Statues. They don't have any technical knowledge. It's just like a permanent job for them. They just leaves work to the employees and sends an update to the client at the end of the day.

      Pros

      You will get a chance to work on entire software development life cycle. Salaries are much better when compared to other companies. Office timings are very flexible.

      Cons

      Most of them are non-technical managers who doesn't know anything other than asking for the status of work. You need to learn everything by your own your project manager or leads won't have any knowledge. Requirement documents aren't available at all

      inadequate knowledge on business every employee should be given a chance to attend all the business meetings. need more knowledge sharing sessions
