      This company is best at incentives and salary hikes . Good team members and company understands individual values. Learning curve is also good.

      Cons

      Unstable organisation where mulitples it has been soled and reinvented again. Favoritism is high. Attrition is medium and reasons are vague.

      It's business spread into many verticals. lot of processed & growing.

      Cons

      Management would go to any extent to retain an employee. Extra curricular activities apart from work are given importance.

      Good Company to improve your skills

      Pros

      You will get a chance to work on entire software development life cycle. Salaries are much better when compared to other companies. Office timings are very flexible.

      Cons

      Most of them are non-technical managers who doesn't know anything other than asking for the status of work. You need to learn everything by your own your project manager or leads won't have any knowledge. Requirement documents aren't available at all
