      Pros

      They have a good support staff and the pay half my medical (which is good for a contractor). They also provide a 401k.

      Cons

      Your are still a contractor, but they do their best to make sure you feel appreciated (birthday cards, occasional parties, chocolate during the holidays, etc). This kind of stuff is not for me, but I am sure other people would like it.
