Pros
-Overall company is good. I loved working here -Hikes are much better than other companies -Senior Management (Ramesh , Milan,... ) are good -For employees it is very flexible. Infact, few guys spend their 70% time on stock market portals
Cons
-Manager will take the credit of whole team effort -No option to work from home (It is there just only on papers) -No salary standards. Good hikes are given to only who warns with the resignation or some other company offer letter -Few managers does not have any technical, domain and functional knwoledge which is big problem for developers always -No transperancy or no result on developers feedback about their manager -Accounting department behaves like as Income Tax department employees. They always implement odd rules and no much benefits given to the employees for saving tax. -Unneccessary rumours spread fast.
