Pros

My colleagues are competent, friendly and fun to work with. I love my job and I enjoy the networking opportunities with talented professionals in the field. Training is provided. Lots of learning and advancement opportunities. Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package (health & wellness program, 401k, etc.).

Cons

It takes some time to get to know the company’s processes and integrate into the new culture.

Pros

iSpot.tv is an employee-oriented company in real-time TV ad measurement. The work culture is positive with very hardworking and talented employees. I get to work directly with clients, so that’s really an exciting part for me. The office is fun with game rooms, ping-pong tournaments, etc. You get medical coverage, flexible paid time off and 401k options.

Cons

Working hours can be a little longer.
