Pros

This company balances speed with structure better than most I’ve worked for. Teams communicate openly, and feedback is encouraged. The perks include stock options, bonuses, and a flexible hybrid schedule.

Cons

You must be able to consistently deliver if you want to succeed here.

Pros

1. Producing real results instead of just attending meetings to talk about results 2. I’ve learned to make decisions and stand behind them. 3. Interesting engineering challenges 4. Great culture 5. Flexibility and hybrid setup

Cons

You can’t just sit back and delegate; there are a lot of complex tasks and projects to handle.

Pros

-Despite most being remote, the company fosters deep connection. We aren’t siloed; cross-team collaboration is actively encouraged and supported. -The people who work here are smart and kind individuals who are always willing to lend a hand. They value their work and want the company to succeed. -My direct manager is wonderful! They prioritize professional (and personal) growth and treat us like humans first. -Leadership actively encourages employee feedback. When we point out inefficiencies, they genuinely want to help make our lives easier and improve workflows (though the implementation can sometimes be a series of trial and error). Final Note: I’ve read a lot of the negative reviews. As a current employee, my experience has been the opposite. It’s a wonderful place to grow if you value collaboration.

Cons

-Like many companies in the current climate, there have been several re-orgs and rounds of layoffs over the last few years, which can be challenging to navigate. Overall Atmosphere: The pros far outweigh the cons. I’ve worked at places I dreaded every morning, but I never feel that here.
