Good, hardworking facility management. Clean offices.

Cons

* Integrity of company (Upper Management) does not coincide with companies stated values * Lack of company to up hold maintenance of facilities. * Company is focused more on revenue than security of the property and tenants rented storage units. * Corporate does not care about employees well being. * Low pay for Property Manager and Assistant Property Managers.

The money is good. The work is ideally simple.

Cons

The work load is terrible. They promise to send more people to help at the big location and never did. They set me and my manager up for failure. Knowing we'd need minimum 3 people only keeping 2 at the site. It was a rough transitional period.
