      Pros

      iSystems has become a happier place to work since I started there. They have done a lot to improve communication, employee engagement, and company spirit.

      Cons

      There still needs to be more sharing of information between groups.

      Pros

      I loved the holiday parties, the user meetings, and the beautiful kitchen they created for our office. The director of client services from 2012-2014, was amazing. The customers were fun to work with and the work was challenging for the mind.

      Cons

      Too much politics and poorly run human resources department. No focus on customers needs or wants. No care to how important issues were to customers. It appeared the product development department never wanted to fix things that were broken.
