Pros
1. I worked for iTech for 3 plus years. 2. iTech is a best company in the consulting space, very transparent - all the policies and terms are communicated in advance. 3. Very good management, HR, admin, marketing and immigration team, very supportive to the employee. 4. Never had any issues related to pay or immigration, I would highly recommend to consider iTech for your career progression. 5. iTech has good process in place and very procedural - there is no ambiguity.
