Horrible benefits. No pay raises unless forced. Vacation policy is a joke. Care nothing about the employees unless you are a salesman or upper management. CEO has stopped communicating with the employees and gives themselves a mass raise even though the company is not doing well. No compassion anymore for employees and their families. Some people in management turn the other way when things happen badly. Don't see how the company will survive. No where to advance in the company.

No advancement for employees especially women and minorities. No pay raises outside a sad 3% last year. Some parts of the company's employees treated like 3rd world citizens. Way to much stress. Medical benefits are horrible. HR cares nothing about the employees. Unless you are part of the upper clique, you can forget advancement. Moto was Do the right thing but never did. Did sad cookouts for 2 hours or less as thank yous for working hard. A company that cares about itself and doesn't value people.
