      A Great Company that's Growing A Lot

      Pros

      Management is great ( they value your ideas), co-workers are friendly, and the work is challenging. Retail/E-comm is fast paced industry so there's always something new to learn or take ownership of. Also, you're recognized when you make a significant contribution, which is great. Overall, the company is growing fast and it's exciting to be a part of it.

      Cons

      Priorities can change quickly due to the nature of our industry. Not really a con if you are flexible and enjoy fast paced environments.

      Pros

      I switched from a corporate environment to work with this company, and it has been a pleasant transition. You're able to affect change within the workplace and hard-work is recognized often.

      Cons

      It can be hard at times to keep up with the idiosyncrasies of each account we manage, as the number of retailers we work with is rapidly growing. You have to be able to learn quickly and perform under fast timelines.

      Pros

      Great benefits all around with a fun work environment. The office space is very nice and up to date. The company is expanding like crazy. The people that work here are great!

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be a little hectic but that is due to fast growth. Each year the company has seen exceptional growth.
