Pros

The CEO and management genuinely care about their employees. Additionally the benefits are top notch. If you are looking for a company who cares about their employees and a CEO who cares, look no further. ifm is eager to help their employees grow and will provide them with the tools to do so. The management is great, the employees are great and the benefits are top notch! ifm holds the Annual Orange Run yearly to support not one, but two cancer organizations. We all care about each other and support each other! The culture is so great. Everyone is treated equally.

Cons

If I had to choose a con it would be the amount of sick days. I would like to see an increase of some sort for the amount of sick days.

Pros

The sales training they give you is really excellent. Great benefits: medical, 401K etc. Good company culture with really nice and friendly people Flat organization with very few mid-level managers (could be a negative if you want to get promoted) Privately owned company with good year to year growth meant no lay-offs in 6+ years

Cons

You will compete internally within your sales territory for accounts at times. There are different sales groups and sometimes other salespeople will be given accounts that you have discovered, nurtured, etc. Also, veteran salespeople are shown favoritism in picking their accounts. While this is nice if you are an old hat with the company, it's tough for the newer people.
