Customer-focused, safe growth in all economic conditions, getting into really interesting areas around manufacturing process data and analytics. Health and family are put before work, employees truly care about each other, and take part in both social and charitable activities outside of work.

Cons

The work pace is not for everyone; have to be able to work in a self-motivated/self-directed fashion. Access to continued professional development is available, but you have to do it outside of work hours.
