- Everyone is friendly & helpful - Great vision for company moving forward - Lots of innovation - Focused on providing help in every way, the sales team is provided several avenues for assistance from product managers, upper management, & each other to solve customer's applications - Health insurance plan is incredible - High 401k benefits matching

Pros

No matter what position you start in, as long as you apply yourself and have a thirst for learning, you can earn new opportunities throughout the organization. Great ethics, family environment, open door policy to the Directors and fun.

Cons

No real cons here except to say that the pace of working is not for everyone. As I read some of the negative reviews on here I can tell they are the folks that could not handle it.

Great medical plan, strong relationships within your branch.

Cons

The corporate office is very disconnected from employees in the branch offices, which causes poor, unjust judgements. If you make any mistakes in the beginning they will discount you as being less than an "A" player no matter how well you preform later. The company appears to be going through some bad times but are not speaking to their employees about the issues.
