IFM management really treat their employees with great respect. There is daily communication and always jump at any request from employees, if within reason. From field trips to celebrating every ones birthday and anniversary. Great company to work for if your willing to work!!

Cons

Travel distance is a little far, but IFM make it worth the trip.

Lot of people have been at ifm for long time and don't want to shake things up and try out new things.
