Awesome benefit plan, a variable compensation plan that rewards high performers where you can make more than your manager, numerous examples can be found throughout the organization of promoting from within, employee first attitude

Cons

The USA subsidiary has consistently been a top performer but still has to complete training better suited for subsidiaries which are struggling.
