1. Aggressive behavior condoned 2. Almost Zero diversity in office staff 3. Will complain if you use your vacation time 4. Management lacks basic people skills 5. Raises are minimal at best 6. Bonus structure is terrible 7. Zero room for promotion 8. Work is mundane at best
