Compensation not at par with market Management connect is not there The worst part is because of which I left is HR dept. absolutely helpless , with no communication , no response , HR here is as good as nothing. They dont pick up phones, they revert after 3 -4 months, HR has no clue on what the people are doing neither they are here for learning.
