UK Hampton Office (Greater London) Clean office free tea and coffee and staff occasionally bring in snacks and treats. Excellent to gain a quick years experience and no more.

Cons

UK Hampton Office (Greater London) No room to progress regardless of how hard you work to get noticed and salaries are very basic. No rewards. A lot of favouritism (one rule for one and another for others). Hell of a lot of office politics here. Low office morale, and very amateur HR. Directors pressurise sales and you can't go to them with a problem. Working remotely hurts the management big time. They don't stand for the culture they preach.
