Pros

Lots of benefits, awesome culture. Lots of social events. Big focus on mental well being and time off when needed. People are friendly, helpful and kind. Regular surveys and diversity initiatives. Great place to grow and learn. Lots of challenging work

Cons

Can be challenging to connect with employees in different time zones for meetings. Very much in growing phases so standards need to be established. Downsizing
