Pros

The China team is very vibrant, with a young and high-quality group of people. There’s a good mix of international culture and professionalism, and overall people are friendly, supportive, and easy to collaborate with. The office environment is also a big plus. The China office is located in a modern CBD with a lot of well-known Chinese and international companies nearby, which creates a dynamic atmosphere. The new office space is well designed and makes it easy for teams to collaborate. Benefits are relatively competitive compared to many local companies, and the company does put effort into employee well-being. This includes one day of WFH per week, catered lunches a couple of times each week, 20 days of PTO annually, private health insurance, and some other nice perks.

Cons

Like many growing companies, processes are still evolving, so there can occasionally be some ambiguity in ownership or workflows. Cross-team alignment may take extra effort at times, especially when working across regions and time zones.

Pros

impact.com has great people, and you are in a safe ecosystem and company that is growing. There is a decent amount of autonomy and also access to leadership to get feedback.

Cons

Pressure to deliver beyond the size of the teams. Planning can go from an idea to execution while other projects are in flight
