Pros

Impact has been one of the best SaaS companies I've had the pleasure of working out. The company invests in their own and makes certain to continue to develop the employees and promote from within. Additionally, they hire very well, and I am always pleased to get to interact with my coworkers.

Cons

Some of the management is fairly green, and they're still learning. These aren't necessarily cons, but they're still figuring out their roles as well.

Pros

- Great coaching and feedback - Access to better tools, such as Zoom - Strong training/enablement - Fun culture/team environment

Cons

- Limited promotional opportunities - Not the easiest product to sell in an economic downshift - Remote employees will not accel as quickly as those who live within distance the offices - Product is best suited for companies with mature affiliate programs
