Pros

Great company culture. Somewhat flexi hours Relaxed environment

Cons

I have been at Impact Radius for a year and half. Within that year I was promised so many roles and new tasks - but nothing was actioned. US staff not helpful and think they are superior Management never really has time for junior/new staff. Underpay qualified junior staff. No room for growth, unless you are working in the US offices.

Pros

Job role is pretty clear but the management is not healthy, company might have good values but it is only relevant if every senior manager put it to work

Cons

The management style here is heavily top-down, with little room for employees to voice concerns or ask questions without it being perceived negatively. Feedback from staff is rarely welcomed, and the expectation is to comply rather than contribute ideas. Communication with managers felt risky — sharing concerns openly could easily be used against you, which made it difficult to build any genuine trust with leadership. Work-life balance was not a priority for the organization, and the overall culture made it hard to feel psychologically safe or valued as an employee.

Pros

Great cultures. Great people, Great benefits and global holidays. Could be great if you are in the right team

Cons

Leadership needs work. Random layoffs reduces job security. Favouritism. Who you know counts more than what you know. Repeat offenders are protected. Still feels like a startup. Data is messy. Blame culture. Also need to be the "right" fit...

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We're glad to hear that you experienced many of the things we work hard to foster, including strong teams, meaningful benefits, and a culture that, at its best, helps people thrive. We also recognize the concerns you've raised around leadership, organizational consistency, accountability, and career growth. As we've grown, there have been times when we've fallen short of the experience we aspire to create, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to improve. Building a culture where opportunities are earned through impact, where people feel secure and supported, and where accountability applies at every level remains an ongoing priority. We appreciate your honesty and the contributions you made during your time with us.
