Pros

Unfortunately, there are not many pros but some* of the managers were lovely.

Cons

Long hours, too far from the city, short breaks.

Pros

lots of talented and driven individuals company culture that promotes diversity and inclusion growing and getting better at organisation and preparing for scale

Cons

leadership remains highly male dominated (although there are females and there's an intention I believe to have more females represented)

Pros

I worked for almost 1,5 years there, here are the pros: 1. There is a lot of young talent and people help each other a lot. 2. It is a great place for people who want to gain first experiences in the MarTech business.

Cons

I worked there for almost 1,5 years. Unfortunately I made a lot of bad experiences there: 1. Very bad feedback culture. Honest and critical feedback in not appreciated. Critical questions remain unanswered. 2. The management has no knowledge about the German labor law. There is hire and fire in the most disrespectful ways I have ever experienced. Do not go there if you have any financial commitments. 3. Absolutely unrealistic targets, which no one constantly reaches (speaking for the German sales team) and a management that uses these targets against its employees. 4. Every team event is related to drinking ( a lot of) alcohol at the office or pub. If you are not doing it, you are considered as a "risk to the team culture". 5. Authoritarian management structures create very unhealthy conditions with risk for abuse. 6. A lot of tools and bureaucracy make work very inefficient and cost a lot of nervs plus endless mandatory training sessions keep people from work.
