Pros

Impact has changed how enterprises fundamentally acquire customers through partnerships. The product innovation that continues to be rolled out is amazing and always has competitors trying to catch up. Impact is a customer and people first organisation. The thought that goes into supporting the Impact ecosystem is truly humbling and a key reason why I love working here. WFH support during 2020/21 has been great with a big focus on everyones mental health to ensure everyone stays happy or gets help if ever needed for any situation. Impact hires top talent and you get to learn from the best across the organisation.

Cons

Growing pains of a high growth start up that has matured into scale up and soon to be enterprise. We move quick as a company but communication to regional offices is sometimes not as quick.
